BY ROAD
From London on A3 and M25 (J10) (travelling south)
- Exit the A3 where sign posted to The
University of Surrey, The Cathedral, The Hospital and The
Research Park
(do not
take earlier exits signed to Guildford).
- Take the third exit off the Cathedral roundabout. Drive
through the underpass, below A3.
- Go straight across the next two roundabouts, the second
of which will bring you onto Gill Avenue (Hospital on your
right).
- At the top of Gill Avenue you come onto The Surrey Research
Park.
- The Surrey Technology Centre is the first building on the
right.
From Portsmouth on A3 (travelling North)
- Exit A3 where sign posted to The University
of Surrey, The Cathedral, The Hospital and The Research Park.
- Take the second exit off the roundabout at the end of slip road.
- Go straight across the next roundabout which will bring you onto Gill
Avenue (Hospital on your right).
- At the top of Gill Avenue you come onto The Surrey Research Park.
- The Surrey Technology Centre is the first building on the
right.
BY TRAIN
- Guildford
is on the Waterloo-Portsmouth Harbour line which has a good service.
Waterloo is the terminus for the Eurostar
service to Europe.
- Catch a fast train from Waterloo Station, London to Guildford
Station.
- Fast trains leave Waterloo on the hour and 20 and 40 minutes
past the hour but do check timetable.

- Once at Guildford Station take either a taxi, these are
usually parked outside the front entrance or use the bus
service. Some
travel to the Park itself, others to the Hospital from
where it is a short walk to the Park.
From Heathrow Airport
There is a rail/air/bus link service which operates
two buses every hour between Heathrow Airport and Woking Station, which
is only a ten minute train ride
away from Guildford Station. The buses run at 20 past and 50 minutes
past the hour and the duration of this journey is around
an hour but do check
the timetable here.
From Gatwick Airport
There are two trains each hour from Gatwick Airport to Guildford. You
may need to change at Clapham Junction although there is a direct service
which takes
