Stingray recognises the importance to its business of achieving and maintaining the highest industry standards.

Since its inception, Stingray has expended considerable effort in defining its business objectives and processes so that suitable standards and procedures could be prepared and subjected to review by qualified organisations. As a result, Stingray has gained recognition as having achieved the highest standards, and is a registered company for the ISO 9001 (quality management) and 14001 (environment) standards as well as OHSAS 18001 (health and safety).

Stingray has used a documented and proven stage-gate process throughout the development of its Fosar system to ensure that quality is assured throughout the engineering, testing and manufacturing processes at both component and system level. Rigorous risk analysis has ensured that the consequences of all actions are fully recognised before deciding on a course of action.

Stingray’s Health and Safety commitment is fundamental to its business and operates through all phases of work from office tasks to offshore trials and installation.  A zero accident policy is backed-up by various techniques including a Safety Training Observation Programme (STOP), toolbox talks and risk analyses.
